Backordered items: If a product is on backorder, the shipping information below does not apply. Your estimated delivery time is shown on the product page, and we’ll email you updates along the way, including a confirmed ship date.
In-stock items: We ship your order within two business days, and most packages generally arrive in 2-6 business days, plenty of time to get ready for your next cigar session! Need it faster? Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Damage in transit
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, and we’re here to make things right if anything goes wrong. If your package shows signs of damage during transit, please contact us at support@northwoodshumidors.com within 3 business days of receiving it, and include photos of the outer packaging so we can arrange a replacement.

Returns and exchanges In line with our Refund Policy, products with a final price of $399 or more cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check your selection on the product page carefully before ordering. Because we can’t refund these products, we encourage you to reach out to us at support@northwoodshumidors.com with any questions or concerns before you place your order, and we’ll be happy to help you choose the right fit. Cancellations
Backordered items are ordered from the manufacturer specifically for you, so if you change your mind, please contact us at support@northwoodshumidors.com as quickly as possible, before your order is placed with the manufacturer if you can.
